Our Standards

The process and technology know-how for GRP pipes production of MARJANSOLUTIONS covering the use of such know-how and knowledge concerning the operation and maintenance of machinery, the design, production testing, handling and installation of the GRP pipes. Based on the above, the know-how and engineering supply consists of the following documents and computer software:

  •    Pipe engineering manual including pipe, sleeve joint and fittings design;
  •    Pipe operating manual including: installation of pipes with sleeve joints, underground and aboveground pipe installation specification, construction of field laminated joints,hydrostatic testing on site, construction of fittings;
  •    Raw materials specification manual including detailed chemical and physical specifications of all raw materials;
  •    Quality control manual including: procedures for testing raw materials (resins, glass reinforcements, catalyst, auxiliary raw materials, laminates), quality control organisation and procedure.

The know-how package covers the following range for pipes and fittings (tee, elbow, reducer, wye, and flange):

  •    size: 300 – 3000 mm;
  •    pressure class – standard pressure classes are 1, 3, 6, 10, 12, 16, 20 and 25 bar (pressure class depends on pipe diameter);
  •    Stiffness class - standard stiffness classes are 1250, 2500, 5000, 10000 and 12500 Pa.
MARJANSOLUTIONS know-how includes design for pipes and fittings used in different applications and fields. The know-how can be divided into 3 main applications:

  •    underground unrestrained pipes and fittings;
  •    Aboveground restrained pipes and fittings and
  •    Jacking pipe & liner for RCP jacking pipes.

MARJANSOLUTIONS offers supervision, advice and assistance of the Client upon his desire after successful start-up of the plant in the fields of:

  •    The latest practices and developments in pipe manufacturing, manufacturing techniques and optimal supervision in installation until entire satisfaction;
  •    Development of new products; fittings & special fiberglass spooling & specials.

Quality assurance is at the core of Marjan Solutions’ GRP piping systems, ensuring every product delivers long-term performance, safety, and reliability. From raw material selection through to final inspection, each stage of production is governed by strict quality controls and fully traceable processes.

Advanced testing—covering hydrostatic pressure, mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, dimensional accuracy, and long-term durability—is performed in accordance with international standards.

Our Process

Enhanced Quality Management

In KSA, Marjan Solutions operates advanced testing facilities staffed by skilled engineers and technicians focused on continuous improvement in product and process design. The facility performs over 700 tests annually—including HDB, ring bending, strain corrosion, creep, UEWS, survival testing, and abrasion/impact resistance—using automated systems with round-the-clock data logging. All testing complies with international standards such as ISO, ASTM, BS, and API. Our long-term performance rigs accommodate more than 80 simultaneous pressure tests, with capabilities reaching 700 bar and 150°C.
